If you're a patient of our practice and don't have dental insurance, we invite you to join our Marker Dental Membership Club.

Our club allows you to make low monthly payments, offer preventive care at least twice a year, and are ideal for budget conscious families, students, and individuals.

Adult

MEMBERSHIP

  • Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)

  • Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

  • Needed x-rays*

  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)

  • 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

  • $99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

Perio

MEMBERSHIP

  • Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)

  • Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

  • Needed x-rays*

  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)

  • 10% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

  • $99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

$54.00 per month

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
